Junko Azukawa

Junko Azukawa is a new artist, exhibiting with us at Art Melbourne 2008 for the first time. Junko is now living and teaching in Melbourne.

She recently arranged the visit of her teacher Master Shiro Aoyagi, who demonstarted his art at the National Gallery of Victoria and held an exhibition at Kazari Collector - March 2008.

Junkos' work is contemorary calligraphy with a soft, light feminine feel using vintage silk kimono textiles to edge the frames.
